Introduction
Do you have a great photo with a distracting background? Don't worry! You can easily remove the background using ACDSee. There are two methods you can use: Smart Erase and Selecting and Brushing.
Using Smart Erase
The Smart Erase function in ACDSee analyzes the image and fills the selected area with a natural-looking background. Keep in mind that it only works for areas covering 25 percent or less of the image.
Removing Background Using ACDSee Brushing Method
Step:1
Select your image in the File List menu and enter Edit mode. Choose the Smart Erase Brush tool.
Step:2
Brush over the object and release the mouse button. Keep brushing until you are satisfied with the results. You can also brush outside the object for better blending.
Removing Background Using ACDSee Selecting Method
Step:1
Select your image and enter Edit mode. Use the Selection Tool to erase the object by making a selection with the Freehand Lasso tool.
Step:2
After making your selection, go to Select and then Smart Erase to remove the background.
Using PhotoCut
If you find ACDSee too complicated, you can try PhotoCut, an AI-powered tool for easy background removal.
Step:1
Download PhotoCut's app from the PlayStore or AppStore.
Step:2
Upload your image and wait for the AI to remove the background.
